Day After Christmas

The day after christmas I had to go to my local walmart to buy batteries for a t.v.
remote. As I expected, I could tell there was quite a few people in the store by the amount of cars in the parking lot.
After I turned and started down the aisle to search for a spot to park, I saw a person fall down between two parked vehicles. At first I couldnt tell if it was an accident or something else.
The two vehicles in front of me, a semi-cab and a truck, came to a stop with the two men from the semi jumping out and running towards the fallen man, while the one in the truck also got out to check.
Since I was about 4 cars back I only got about 2 more car lengths closer and decided it would be better if I just stayed where I was and turned my hazard lights on.
From my vantage point I could see that he was being helped up and then started to use a cart to hold/lean himself up against.
Then just a few seconds later he fell straight back and was barely caught by the person behind him. I saw him sit up then fall back down a couple of times.
After the medics arrived I parked and spoke with the guy from the truck that was in front of me. According to him, the man appeared to be coming in and out of consciousness, perhaps a heart attack.
To me it didnt appear to be a heart attack, to me it appeared as if his body was going into some sort of shock, but then again i'm no medical professional.
I have no idea as to what became of the gentleman, I hope he's okay and at home with his family.

@LadyDuck - thats what bugged me. they , 2 of them, just passed through. instead of helping the medics by keeping people at a distance or directing traffic around the scene, they just passed through. i remember when cops were always on the scene, to assist.

I am glad he was some place where he would be helped. It would have been horrible if he were at home alone and experiencing this. In and out of consciousness could be a lot of things. I am glad medics came.

Bless him. At least he was out and about and not alone at home. Hope he's okay, whoever he may be.

Hmmm... I hope the guy is okay, Plethos!
Usually, if the police are called, even when it isn't a big deal, you can find information about events like this in the police blotter. I ran several searches but found nothing.
The actions you witnessed could have several different causes. I am not a trained medical professional, so am not willing to suggest what may have been the problem with the gentleman.
