The most worrying thing about the Trump election victory on the day of the vote (clearly there have been lots of things since) was the fact that 53% of white women voted for him, and 30% of Latino adults, the two groups he insulted and belittled the most in the run up. In fact 44% of all American women voted for him. This is not fake news. Yes, I’m sure most of the 22 women who have made complaints of sexual abuse against Trump are opportunist chasing a tabloid TV buck but the billionaire clearly exploited his wealth to get close to those young starlets and a dirty old man to boot, at 70-years-old, Americas oldest 1st term President. As of yet very few have taken him to court to prove their claims.In fact his secretly recorded 'grabbing women by the lady parts' was really a metaphorical that point that money is hot and women will be like flies on the proverbial around it. Even Ivana Trump, his second wife, said she exaggerated her claims of abuse from him - presumably to bump up the divorce payment – and few of these women seem to want to bring him down. Have they been quietly paid off? Sadly hot women will throw themselves at older rich men to afford them a certain lifestyle and I think some of those 53% of women understand that economic reality and gave Trump a pass on that one. In the eyes of women’s groups he is clearly a misogynist and if those older white women hated womanizer Hillary so much for letting Bill off the hook in pursuit of power then they need to look at themselves after voting for Trump. Women, of course, are conflicted and contradictory creatures, dare I say voting down Hilary because they know exactly how she got so high on the greasy pole and so suspicious of her. Trumps pole would be very greasy; Clinton's pole....well he always has that smirk on his face that he is packing some serious firepower. In the future? Well hopeful the intelligent, sexy and charismatic Michelle Obama will run in 2020 and we will get the first female President and back to relative normal. The handsome, charming and relatively inexperienced Barak Obama got into The White House with the mobilized black vote and admiring females so as guilty as flirting with the voters as Trump – so why can’t sexy Michelle do that?. That’s why I chuckled when Barak, in a recent interview with Prince Harry (yep, you heard right), said social media was bad for us. It’s going to be very good for POTUS with the mostest..
