how to fix a broken Hard drive?!

I have purchased a Seagate Backup Plus Slim (Red) Hard drive last August 2017, at first it works perfectly fine but last November it crashed with all the files.. I have tried to test it with my 2 laptops but still not working... When I have tried to connect it with my laptop, it says - "You need to format the disk in drive E before you can use it." I already have tried to do the (cmd = chkdsk e:/f) but still not working... i even download and tried the EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard Free but still can not recover... What should i need to do? Please help me... thanks in advance....
