Seeing a specialist...

Today I got a phone call confirming my appointment with a specialist about my back troubles. Thing of it is, I didn't know said appointment was going to be two towns over. 
I've been trying to find a ride. The lady who coordinated Mom's rides to her chemo and stuff said she could, but only if I got it rescheduled to another day. She also suggested I call a family friend of ours, but when I did I didn't get an answer. 
The "coordinator" lady said I could also reschedule my appointment, particularly if it was a certain day, as she would be going up there herself that day.
So...yeah. Hopefully tomorrow I can get things straightened out.

Hope you get your ride sorted out. I hate when I get referred to specialists out of the area. It makes it more difficult getting to and from the appointment.
