they're doing the usual pre-storm making people paranoid up here. every little storm is an "event".."pocalypse",and even once "palooza".. ..just stop it. anywhere from 8-15 inches they say.. 1978-now that was a true storm..but lately they get people all worked up to what amounts to way less then they predicted. i guess their older buzzwords didn't scare anybody anymore so they had to come up with a new one. bread, milk, beer, cat supplies, coffee and cigs. ok i'm ready.i'll only care when i have to shovel.

Yep that's right they might want to get people to be under panic or something! But why would they want to do that?

Maybe it's also to get you to read the article, more viewers better for them. When I saw the title, I stopped and read it-so their ploy worked as I would have skipped reading it. I live in Montreal, and we get some frigid temperatures and quite a bit of snow. I mean when they say things like that, it can put the fear in people everywhere. What the hell are they going to say next? Anyway keep warm and safe.

It sounds like you're ready for this. For me, I would trad the cigs for chocolate.
