i like to eat four timws a day

couldd you immagine me eat four times a day,is it bad to eat four time?

What is wrong with eating four times a day? If you are eating healthy, proper foods, and excersing I feel it is okay.

well i dont think there's anything wrong with it....infact i have seen people taking 6 meals a day....if you know the amount of proteins carbohydrates and other nutrients required by your body....and its always prefferred to seggregate it so that u dont keep ur stomach full....

It depends on the amount you’re eating, if you’re eating three regular meals and than a fourth as you’re awake late at night I don’t really see a problem with that providing it’s not a large people. I think four large meals a day however should perhaps be taken into consideration with relevance to your level of activity.

I agree with the people who recommend eating 5 times a day or more. I struggled to keep my weight down when I used to skip breakfast and often lunch. Now that I eat lot of small meals during the day, my metabolism is faster, and I can eat more without gaining weight.

it's good habbit to have eat small no meal then heavy meals. it's good idea to have 4 or 5 small meals. it's good for digestion and u will not feel tired also.

u can even eat as many as 10 times a day as long as it is in small portion. there are some studies prove that is much better to have many serve in small portion than to have a 3 big meal a day. in that way u can control being heavy weight

You can eat ten times a day. No harm. What is important is it should be balanced diet and instead of making heavy break fast, heavy lunch and heavy dinner, you can split the in-take into 6 times and ensure you do not consume too much.

I dun think eating 4 full meals is a prob as long as ur not overweight...if ur overweight thn u shud b dieting......u can eat but food tht contails less or nil fats n etc....if ur young n normal physiq thn u need not wry abt ur food....eat comfortably....but dun make it a habit coz u wil face diff whn ur aged...take care of ur health .....:)

no it is not as a matter of fact most health experts say to eat at least 5 times a day, in small quantities to keep you going strong all day long! How much do you eat in your 4 sittings?

Also I do it like you: coffe & sweet bread as a breakfast .... proteinbased lunch .... some fruit or cake at 4 pm .... and vegetables with bread and cheese in the evening. I am 53 and never was overweight .... I just feel good.

NOTHING WRONG WITH THAT! I EAT ALL DAY! MORE THAN FOUR TIMES THATS FOR SURE. YOU`RE NORMAL. AS LONG AS YOU DONT OVER INDULGE. SMALL MEALS MORE FREQUENTLY IS FINE

No not really unless it's causing you to be overweight. If your not overweight, it's perfectly normal and you probably have a high metabolism.
