An open, flexible and simple ethos that encourages children to be active and creating is an ideal school environment. Pedagogical ingenuity and imagination, which depends on essence of freedom and autonomy amongst staff is the key to promote it. Letting children learn and grow in a stress free environment and participation in service-based projects allows for collaboration and enhancement of problem solving skills.

This is pure theory. I'd prefer to read something about your personal experience. Your text doesn't even convince me that you're actually a teacher.

A teacher for years ...and now almost a decade in print media dealing with education segment especially schools. Anyways I don't need to convince anyone if I am a teacher or not.

For school age children the ideal environment would be to experience less testing. Too much testing and they'll experience fatigue and disruptions within the mind.

I agree! In my country, too much emphasis is given on exams and marks which results in rote learning.
