They are any group of People and my goodness what's disturbing the folks? It appears as though so many have lost their minds. What are they doing? One may never really know. Madness or just ignorance? It's better to just proceed and accomplish what so many may desire. It's so funny. Laughing seems to best medicines. How many are smiling and laughing?
