Has anyone ever copied your discussion topic?

Yes, it has happened to me more than once. Most of the time I think they just failed to check and see if anyone else was writing about the subject they chose. But one copied mine not long after posting in my discussion so I know that this person knew I had that discussion going. When I was new, I did it once or twice before I realized what I needed to do as far as checking.

How can there not be reposts of the same topic. There are so many minds on here. But if it's word for word than it would be grounds to say they copied. Keep posting! :)

yes, I have seen people copying my discussions and even my replies to other topics. Not only that they have taken some of my photos that I have uploaded. Some people on mylot have no originality and have a need to cheat and take other peoples work.

it may happen.but they may do not copy the discussion topic. just think about the same question.

actually so many of the topics are similar to each .it seems that whatever u post there are bound to be questions that are same as yours

Well, I just signed up a little while ago, so I've not it happen to me yet. I would assume that since there are so many people on this site that there are bound to be the same questions being asked. I don't think that's wrong. Now, if someone is taking your words & using them- that is completely wrong! I would think there should be some way to report them, isn't there?

i dont think it is copying.they are also thinking alike us.before strating a discussion.,it is advisable to search for it.i have seen so many discussions with even the same word on the same page.it will be very sad in the same discussions one will get lot of responses and the other with a big zero

I have seen mine copied pretty much a couple of times by people as well. I guess if they feel this is Good for them well, but I prefer trying to come up with my own topics.

i dont think mine get enough replies for anyone to bother copying them but i do know what you mean

No, never, I guess... If someone is doing that, the you should report it!
