Mine is Raymond E. Feist hands down. Something about the writing gets my attention and holds it until the end, and well past that. My second favorite is J.R.R. Tolkien because LOTR just rocked all, the book and movie. So how about everyone else?

I would have say Margret Weis and Tracy Hickman. They write the Dragonlance Saga books. Very good I highly suggest them.

I've seen some of their books at the store but haven't looked yet, I'll have to do so next time I'm there. Thanks.

I just adore Raymond E. Feist
Have you had a chance to read Flight of the Nighthawks yet ?
I am waiting to complete the trilogy before I start.
I'm reading William Gibson's Neuromancer right now, also an excellent book.

I just checked, no one of books by Raymond E. Feist is translated to Estonian until now. Fantasy books aren't my favorites but I read J.R.R.Tolkien and I like him a lot. Not only "The Hobbit" and "The Lord of the Ring" + "Silmarillion" but also his stories, like "Tree and Leaf", and "Farmer Giles of Ham" was splendid, very witty!

I'm really not a big fantasy book reader generally but I recently started reading Sherrilyn Kenyons Dark Hunter series and I love it.
