Watermelon seeds are one of my favorite snacks. I prefer this other than other unhealthy snacks.
I eat watermelon seeds most especially when I am at work. It takes away the boredom and it re-energize me to work by not feeling sleepy. Once you get to eat this, you couldn't stop.
My friend says that eating a small amount of watermelon seeds can give you the chance to enjoy it's different nutrients and health benefits for they are rich in zinc, magnessium, iron and copper.
Do you eat watermelon seeds too?

I have never eaten them. I have never seen them sold either. Here they mostly have seedless watermelon for sale everywhere so I likely will not have a chance to try them.

@sw8sincere I like seedless watermelon. The taste is the same I think but they are much smaller and more expensive. With these I can never try eating the seeds though.

I like the taste of that, but I don't like shelling it out and getting only a morsel of the watermelon seed.
The more I keep shelling the more I get hungry.

@sw8sincere My father always told me that if I swallowed the seeds while eating watermelon, then plants would grow out of my ears. I never believed him, but I never knew they were edible. Do you toast them first?

hehe your father was just making fun of you perhaps by making such stories. I do not toast them and I was not the one who made the watermelon seeds I ate. I bought them ready made at the grocery store. Try to find and taste one maybe you would like it. =)

I do not make them. I bought a pack of it in a grocery store. I guess they just let the seeds dry under the sun. =)
