Good Morning..! Today morning i had a very good experience related to softness. I usually meet and greet a guy next to my door with soft voice with smile all the time that's how we both remember. Yesterday I got some problem he helped me to resolve the issue with ease without asking a question. I was so soo relieved. Thanks to him for his efforts. Any of you had this experience.
