Screen brightness on your mobile phone

I usually keep my screen brightness minimum on the mobile. I find that it is easier on the eyes and also clear. I increase the brightness when watching videos etc. I also keep the auto brightness on so it automatically increases the brightness in the sun. This also has to save battery to an extent. How do you keep your screen brightness on your mobile phone

i know that more brightness mean more drainage of you battery but i alwyas increase brightness as that make me more interest

My phones is very low. Plus have the energy save thing on.

In the day time I have it half and half, and at night I have it all the way down. Brightness up full at night time is a right strain on my eyes.

Yes. At night, especially with the lights down, it can guess the eye
