Guns, Trespassing and Police

I have had enough of this little punk, pushing himself on me. Seems like the crazy people make sue they come all the way down to my home to shoot guns. Then he came here to "TELL" me I do not have a right to say a word about him shooting his gun, told us the police told him he could shot by my home and the game warden walked it off with him. I call the game warden and he denied that. I had to call 911 reported him because he would not leave when I told him to go, he stood and argued with Tony. After the game warden left their house and the police left here, that same punk came back to the lot next to mine after dark and turned his hunting dogs loose on my land, coon hunting as they call it. I will make a call to my attorney, because I know this is not legal, tomorrow. I just finished a couple hours of research, things are about to change. I am not depending on the locals no more since they do not follow the law,I am going to the state. No guns needed in this fight, I am so tired of being outside with my dogs or plants, that was what I was doing, working with my indoor garden, re potting on the front porch and shot guns being fired less than 100 yards from me. Sorry for the rant but enough is enough tthis is 8 years of nonsense.
