Hey! We recently had a team building exercise at work and two of the things we did that stood out were-
1. My boss counted how many of us were present, then she put numbers in a bag, there were 10 of us and she put 5 number (1) and 5 number (2). We blindly chose and the number (1) group was formed and then the number (2). She gave us equal amount of stationery which consisted of those little wooden sticks, glue, cardboard and other little glitter and fancy cut paper. The objective was to build a house with those materials but obviously it required proper communication and planning and working together as a team. The results were amazing, because one group didn’t discuss and communicate properly and therefore the structure was hastily put together while the other group had their structure properly constructed it was blatant that the communication and the planning was done whereas the other wasn’t. It was a lesson to everyone how much we need our team members, especially if we’re working toward achieving the same goal.
2. She wrote questions, to which the answers would be reflected as our true personality, for example, my question was, “when you were younger, what were you mostly known for” and my answer was that I was relentless and it was only after answering it, then I realized that it is who I still am. I am relentless when it comes to work I need to get done.
I really hope my input has helped you.

There's this awesome little game I love playing in groups. Basically, you get the group of people in a tight circle. Everyone has to hold hands with the people that's diagonal to them on both sides. So I would hold hands with the people that are diagonal to my left and right hand. Eventually, everyone ends up twisted up and holding hands. The point of the game is to use teamwork and communication to straighten everyone out into a huge circle. The catch? Nobody can let go. Try it out. It's tons of fun!

It's a little more involved, but have you ever tried taking the group to play "Laser Tag" or "Air Soft" , there are arenas that have organized games near most major cities and even some small cities.
