Have you tried to use coconut milk as shampoo?
When I was a kid, my mom used to put coconut milk on my hair once a week to make my hair black and shiny . This was the old practice of people in our place in the province. This serve as a natural shampoo that apparently proven effective.
Today, I wanna try to apply coconut milk in my hair. I want to rest my hair from artificial shampoo. I wanna be natural today.
Happy sunday everyone!

@cttolledo Does it really works? Some people also said that there's chances that you'll have insects on your hair if you'll use this

there are some bottles of coconut oil and even though the scent is so 'au naturelle', i think it serves its purpose of stimulating the hair follicles to grow, with proper massage.

@cttolledo yes, there is a house here where many coconuts are on the floor, and there is a grating machine where the coconuts are grated, then the meat is scraped and then boiled until the oil comes.

I think coconut oil is substantially equal with coconut milk. You can try it and once you did you can share also here the effect

Is the milk more beneficial than the oil? Also, how's the smell?
