It's Not Vacation When You Have a 2 Year Old

January 14, 2018 1:47pm CST
I'm not complaining (too much) because it's still January and we're still in Florida instead of Ohio but MAN is it not vacation when you have a 2 year old! Especially when hubby isn't along for the ride. It's only been a day and a half and I am exhausted. She's not sleeping, she's sassy, and whiny and to top it off i've completely lost my voice and she is completely taking advantage of the fact that mom really can't say no. and I can't. It's physically impossible. lol But she's cute, and she loves the pool and the memories are worth it. But I think i need a vacation form vacation.

Sorry to hear. but at least your baby girl is having fun. You will start taking vacation after she is 12 or 13.

It's 100% worth it. I try to remember that when exhaustion sets in!
