Keep Your Eyes Safe From It

These days we all used to access many websites and apps and most of us stick with them for almost whole day and in that way we put more strain on our eyes and it affects our eye sight.
In these circumstances we need to have eye check up regularly so that we can stay safe and effective as well.
What are your thoughts about it? And after how much time should we need to have Eye check up?

@thesupersingh I'm not certain what the recommendation is for when people should have their eyes checked actually. But it is a good thing to take breaks away from our screens.
