Another focus group yay!

So, I got called for another focus group today, which I always love to do, since they pay great money just for basically discussing a topic. This one is really even better then the typical as I am an alternate. I hang around a bit longer to be a sub in case someone doesn't show up for the groups..and am paid extra...Oh yeah! This particular agency I don't like as much as some..because they send a check after the fact instead of paying you on the spot..but oh well..I'll take it!

Oh well..I have worked sick before. Even with a job with sick leave...I haven't taken it that often.

@snowy22315 I don't get sick leave. I can call in, but since I'm the one the store manage usually relies on to cover other shifts, I try not too.

If I am lucky, I do one per month..if not, it may be once every 3 months or so...

@dekkukkslimetalon It is 135 for 3 hours..they can be more or less though..most are 100 to 125 for for 90 minutes.

It is a market research group based in Richmond..All of the larger cities that I know of have these groups. You register for them and get in their database. They will call you when they have a group that matches your profile.

It depends..I am registered with several different agencies so when ever they have a need.

They are great but you would have to evaluate whether it is worth a trip into the big city. Sometimes there are some online bulletin boards you can do. I have done a few on line that paid well too..I am not sure it is still there but Annikas online used to have a list of them.

Yes, alot of them tend to over recruit and sometimes you do get paid just to show up. They will send you home with money that has happened a few times.
