Fear of Dying

I am worried about dying at a young age. I get paranoid every day when I think about it. I want to live for a very long time.

Don't be sorry for yourself. I hate to admit it, but I am like that too. Each minutes, I kept visualising how I might die or harmed. Like when I crossed the street, what might happen if I am late by a step. When I hold a scissor, what might gone wrong if I mistakenly hold it the other way. Live with it. Bear in mind that you are still breathing. You are fine.
