As expected, Today i had late lunch at 4.30 pm So i will have my dinner late as well.
Normally i have my dinner at and around 8 Pm but today i will have it after 9 PM. Still not bad as i will have few hours to digest dinner.
Do you have any fixed time for dinner or you push it sometimes?

I'm diabetic, so my meals have to be on time, or I pay dearly. I can't eat late at night, or it interferes with my sleep.

when we don't have breakfast in the morning, we tend to have brunch at 11AM. when we eat lunch late, like 2PM, we still have to eat dinner at 8PM. no, we have not eaten lunch at 4PM.

@thesupersingh Nah I don't. My dinner time moves around. At the moment, I eat when I feel like it.

@thesupersingh Not really late. It just varies. Between 5pm and 10pm.
