How do you lose weight ?

I weigh more than 13 kilograms of my ideal weight. I used to jog 45 minutes 3 times a week. I'm doing this for 2 months now. I eat the right amount of foods. My weight is still the same when I used the weighing scale.

Depends on many factors, but since you just started now, you did lost some kg but you gained muscle, and after some times you will see the results. 2 months are nothing or you should ask others, maybe others can see the change and not you.

I lost weight when I started not putting sugar in my coffee. I researched as to why I was losing weight with that , and it said taking away sugar or sweets on the diet as well as lessening or not eating rice can make one lose weight. I don't want to lose weight just the fats on my tummy, but I just did. However, the health benefits outweigh the desire not to lose weight, so I am now used to not having sugar in my coffee.

I got a Fitbit witch helped me lose 50 pounds. It let me count my calories. I quit sodas and sweets all together. If you can affor a Fitbit I highly recommend it. If not then get to download a Fitness app that can count your steps. Hang in there! I know it’s hard, but it will get better and you will feel better also :)

Continue to do your thing. Run every morning with a jacket. Go to the gym, kick those punching bags. Eat fruits that will help you lose weight like avocado, banana, apple. Drink lemon juices, as well.

Keep doing what you're doing. Keep jogging and keep eating healthy food. Don't stop, never give up. Reach your goal.

Well it depends which food you eat, may be you are eating too many fats, or fried food or sugar.

I usually watch my diet. I've tried not to eat a lot in the evening. If I'm really gaining weight I do yoga.
