what can I do for my school?

I am a maths teacher in a middle school.I have tought the maths lesson about 20 years.I became working in library 3 years ago for my health.Now i am okey. I want to go back my classes and help students learning .But my leader dont want me to do teach lessons.I know they need teachers.How I can do for the students in our school? I want to help students .They need teachers.My colleges told me that some days ago.
