Seeing Results-Losing Weight

So I am coming up on week three of healthy eating and daily exercise. I noticed I have so much more energy. I used to drink several cups of coffee throughout the day. Now I only have one in the morning and one in the afternoon. My legs don't jiggle when I walk. My arms aren't as flabby and I can wear more of my shirts comfortably. And love handles, where? Its an amazing feeling to notice progress.

Good for you! I am hoping I start seeing some progress soon, if not I feel like I will get so discouraged that I just give up and go back to eating whatever I want and however much I want.

It definitely does, this is a whole lifestyle change. I don't plan to just lose a few pounds and quit. I want to continue to live a healthier life.
