Last year I was in a lot of pressure and stress working in the real estate industry. The sales quota on top of finding clients and such plus a second job at the latter part of the year might have taken it's toll if I didn't suddenly take some meditation activity. Recently I just realized that meditation is really clearing up your mind. I'm not yet an expert on the subject or the activity but I've tried three different kindds of meditation and the first two I was always asking if I was doing it right. Hopefully it will be a better one and something that will resonate with me. Anyway, so I just wondered, if meditation is for the mind, then what is for the heart? I checked on some online articles and I found this one I linked here. It kind of makes sense. What do you think?

They are interrelated as the saying "A sound mind in a sound body". Meditation takes time. It's not easy to sit in zazen and not allow the mind to wander. Some people focus on an object or mantra. Just be patient. Don't be in a hurry to get results.
