I like a good chicken Marsala serve with pasta. Lot of foreign food I have not try.So many out there. What is the biggest food trend in your state or area. We have many around us, who have resorted to 'organic farming.' The produce they grow, never receive chemical fertilizers or pesticides, at any time. Fresh grown produce is very healthy!

People eat traditional food here, they do not care of the modern trends. Roasted chicken, roast beef, roasted hams usually all served with oven roasted potatoes are common food here and of course pasta.

Everyone seems to have Fish N Chips as staple round here. It's the version of American Hotdogs and Doughnut I presume? Fortunately, Melbourne is brimming with so many food options and places to eat. Although I have never been elsewhere to tell any difference.

Ohhh, do you guys make your own chicken marsala with pasta? Here in Los Angeles, there are just too many trends in one place - maybe we represent them all . I sure love to eat, but if anything I'm trying to cut down on the sugars and highly processed stuff . . . trying to eat more "whole" foods.
