Cravings....

January 19, 2018 10:15pm CST
It's Friday night. Most Friday nights over the past several years have meant family movie night, pasta, and wine at home. Relaxation at its finest. Now that I am doing this 30 days of no sugar, I can have no wine! Last Friday, it didn't bother me. I can't remember for sure, but I'm thinking I must have been busy last Friday because I can't even remember being home at all. But this Friday? Well, tonight was the Lego Batman movie with my kids, along with a delicious pasta with veggies & fish. And yeah, I was seriously craving wine. And chocolate.

I think I'd give up the 'no sugar' bit first.

But you didn't have any.....did you? I think its so wonderful how much you are pushing yourself, a couple of years ago you decided to "try" yoga, and look where that took you, and now this, it should be interesting to see what the 30 days leads to. Sometimes people cannot take any sugar after stopping it for a month.

i don't really see that being me (the ones who never eat sugar again), but i do hope to keep it a more part of my lifestyle.... my plan (at this point) is after the 30 days, then stay away from sugar during the week, but allow myself some on the weekends. I just haven't decided is the weekend friday saturday? or saturday sunday? that's a tough call. i suppose look at my upcoming schedule and see
