The importance of Bacteria and Enzymes

January 20, 2018 4:54pm CST
I thought I would like to share this topic on here, because it is something that can help the health of any person. In this day of age in The United States, there is a growing problem with digestive health and chronic illness. Though, some chronic illnesses are hereditary some can actually be developed over time by diet. the sad diet, Standard American Diet, can cause the harboring of bad bacteria and organism in your gut (a.k.a. colon and intestines). Believe it or not, most chronic illnesses actually root from your gut health. Am I saying give up all foods you love? No. Actually you can improve the health of your gut by eating fermented foods, complex carbohydrates and by taking a supplement that contains enzymes. Fermented foods contain beneficial bacteria known as Probiotics. Different foods contain different strains of probiotics, some great sources of probiotics are: Kombucha, Sauerkraut, fermented soy (miso), kefir, soft cheeses, and pickles. Enzymes that further help digestion can be found in some daily vitamins such as, Rainbow light one a day which contains: Protease, for breaking down protien Amylase, for breaking down sugars Lipase, for breaking down lipids Cellulase, for breaking down fiber Also, small changes like adding sweet potatoes, liver, omega 3 and 9 rich foods, and other nutrient rich foods into your diet can make a huge change. (try to limit foods with high omega 6 to 3 ratios) This information comes from years of studying health and diet. I suffered leaky gut in past from poor diet and this helped get my health back to normal.

Yes. Proper hydrations is also very important, it helps hydrate the organ walls keeping them dilated this makes it easier for food to move through. Though it should not be the only thing, it is important the good bacteria in your colon, his will help your body absorb vital nutrients. When I did this reparative diet, I was diagnosed with 3 autoimmune disorders. I actually worked with my doctor doing this and she would follow up every week for a course of 6 months. 2 of my immune disorders went into remission and she was amazed. I wanted to share this information, to help others. Like me. Because before getting a good doctor, (I went back and forth for two years, they were able to find the problem when my hair fell out due to developing Alopecia Areata.)

Yes, good gut bacteria is very important. Over the years I have tried so many things. Eating the right foods is the best way to promote it.
