Do you workout? What type of excersise do you do? I do Pilates everyday.

Maybe I need to check out Pilates. I'm a runner and need to keep leg, stomach, and back muscles in balance. I've heard Pilates can help that by strengthening all the core muscles. Do you use a ball or just exercises on a mat?

I just excersize on a mat and with hand weights. and yes Pilates is good for stregthening your core muscules and for flexability.

Yes I work out. Mostly free weight exercises. Try to go to the gym 4-5 times per week. Use my lunch hour which gives me enough time to work out. Don't like to overtrain as I did that a lot when I was younger. Good for you with the pilates!

i love fitess and working out...my pic is from about 9 mos ago and i've gained some body fat since with my abs becoming covered and less defined,but at the same time i'm gaining a bit of size,good muscle size.its extemely hard for me to get size when cutting fat,takes tremendous discipline,which is getting less and less for me as i get older,but i'll try to keep it up,my workouts that is,have no troubles keeping it up in other ways,wink ;)....would you have a workout with me honey,please:)

I need to start again. I find that I'll get motivated for a week or two and then give up when I don't see any results.

ya same happened with me but as commented it requires a lot of practice and discipline, hopefully i will get into it soon. I normally want a sport for these work out as sports are more than enough for you to be refresh and hot looking, what you guys says?

yes i do work out, i jog for about 1 to 2 km and do some dumb bell exercises, and skipping some times as well, are you regular in you workouts

I do weight training and cardio at home. A serious 1 to 2 hours a session. Atleast 3x a week. Music helps a lot.

Yes,I like and I do fitness when I have time.I would like to do more often.I like Pilates and I do Pilates when I have time. I like very much to move my body,and I have plans to do evrey day this year. HAve a nice day!

Well i was going to the gym every other day, doing various exercise that works for my whole body. But somehow my abs are so weak and still have some fat to burn. so at the moment i am concentrating only on abs, accordingly doing only Crunches

yep I workout regularly ... I am a health freak .. dont feel good if I miss Gym a single day...
