I usually have three eggs for breakfast. Here is a link that will tell you what is best.

For many years eggs were vilified due to their high cholesterol content. But dietary guidelines have changed. So how many eggs is it safe to eat per day?

I used to suffer from acne but I then found that this was caused by eating eggs. I never eat eggs now and my acne has stopped!
