Hey all you tofu lovers out there! What are you making with your tofu?

What kind of recipes are you using your tofu in these days? I really like teriyaki sauces with my tofu. However, there is so much sodium in it. That is sad because it is so delicious. I once had low sodium soy sauce, but it had an odd flavor. So...what are you doing with your tofu, friends?

@just4himTofu is healthier than ricotta cheese. Thus, it acts like a filler. Like if you have eggs for breakfast, adding more egg whites make it healthier than to add another egg--less fat.

Tofu takes on the form of whatever you mix it with. I love it. For example, if you mixed it with ricotta cheese for lasagna, it would taste like that.

@MsBooklover Yes fried is not good :) Just sometimes but we also have tofu soup too
