Broken Sleep

Yesterday I had to get up and going earlier than most work days and the day was long so when I got home I took a very late evening nap.
That was okay because I knew that I was not going to work today, not in the sense that most people do, meaning I can do most by phone and Tony lives here so I can care for him.
I woke at 10 pm and fixed up a quick dinner.
Tony went to bed around 1 am but I stayed up till 3 am, later really because I did read myself to sleep.
I woke naturally at 10 am. I don`t feel tired, I actually feel refreshed.
OHHH, and since I cleansed the house I am no longer having strange dreams.
How is your day going?

There's that, and there's the possibility of mold allergy reactions or chemical sensitivities triggering dreams or mood swings...fascinating topic (I think), not adequately studied.

Not exactly. I cleansed the house with salt, sort of like doing it with burning sage to rid it of the unknown and bad energy.

Wow 3am! Waking up at 10am is ok if you slept that late. I would sometimes sleep that late when we are out with friends but I still wake up at 8am or 9am the latest.
