Can't catch a break!

At the start of this school year in August my computer wasn't charging. Sometimes it would and sometimes it wouldn't. Well, I figured out that it was the battery that wasn't working. So, I went on Amazon and found a replacement battery for my computer. It arrives and works great. Now, a few months later and my computer has stopped wanting to charge again. This time it is my charger cord that doesn't work. I know this because my friend's charger will charge my computer just fine but mine won't charge hers when it is plugged in. We even tried different outlets in different buildings. So today I ordered a replacement charger from Walmart with the $25 gift card I got from my friend's mom for sitting her daughter in the hospital when she had some problems with her medications. It is supposed to arrive next Thursday so I will continue to use my friend's charger until then.
