So many times we hear of someone dying, and it is sad. Most of the time they are older, while there are those who die young because of Health issues, or the ones who just seem to give up. But here's hoping that the majority of us here will still be around in our 70s and many of us hopefully into the 80s and maybe 90s.
For me, the older I get the more Health problems I seem to get, and it in a lot of ways makes me wish I could turn the clock back like 20 yrs. But in other ways I would not want to endure some of the challenges that the younger ones face Financially compared to when I was that age. But life was a lot easier when I was in my 30s. Married my husband in my 30s, learned a lot about life, and discovered more of who I was and what I wanted to be.
But considering my Mom was only 10 yrs older than I am now when she passed which was her early to mid 60s, it makes me Thankful for everyday I do have and learn how to help make my health better anyway that I can. Growing older is a blessing, a challenge and some days feels like a Curse. What advice can you offer someone so they have Great days to look forward too as they get old?

Some studies said that the best years in our lives is in our 30s, and some says age is just a number.I think that the best thing to do is to enjoy every minute of our lives. We have to try to reach our potentials but we should not put too much pressure on ourselves. We have to enjoy the little things in life. Having said that,we should prioritize spending more time with our family than our jobs.We don't know when we have to bid good bye to this life, but at least we should make the little time we have meaningful.

I think the key to enjoying ageing with less worries is to live a healthy life while still young. We have to invest in our body in a healthy way. I will turn forty in a few weeks and I remember when my mom was at this age she was overweight, had high blood pressure and was taking maintenance for hypertension, she was suffering from migraine all the time. I feel none of those and I'm not taking any medicine. I don't have a serious illness and I don't get migraines.
My family and I have stopped eating pork since February last year and try to live a healthy life as much as we can. We don't allow ourselves to be stressed too much by the demands of our jobs. We try to take some time to relax.
