Best Way to Prove that we are Humans / myLot

Most of the websites these days adopt some captcha solving tricks so that no one can try and out smart the website as i heard some are aware about Bots and how they can help in joining different website but this is not what i wanna know. My question is, Are captcha solving the Best Way to prove that we are humans? What are your views about it? Please share.

I think the best to proof that you're a human should be by using a finger print scanner.

Finger print scanning is pretty good idea but users come from pc too, they cannot scan their fingers. And scanning fingers and providing you are human to some websites is not safe coz your prints can be easily used by someone else.

@thesupersingh I have no clue. I mean I know what you're talking about. I've had to do all that every single time I try to log into a few sites. Gets a bit annoying because I know that I am human...lol but I guess they don't know.
