my diet activity since 6 months ago

before I have graduated from my boarding school. 3 month specifically before I have decide to register becoming a civil government employer or it call here (ipdn).
but I have a little bit fat in my body which must be lost approximately 13 kg. so. I strongly stugle to do a high diet and sport to release it. I am jogging every morning. midday and evening because I interested to become it. finally after 2 week. my weigh lost about 6 kg and I have to lose it about 8kg again to get ideal weight 65kg. and now after six 6 month. I have lost 8kg and it almost reach to the target. so now I have to struggle again.
do you have any idea to help me reach it friend?

You need to be disciplined in the kind of food that you eat. there are available foods diet in youtube. But my personal suggestion would no meal after six in the evening. that helps.

yes I will do it. and i have try to do not eat more than 6evening o'clock. I like your suggestion. thank you

If this is working continue the same , why do you want to change it. Healthy weight loss is recommendable.

yes I have decided to continue my diet too. but maybe you know another one tips which can be practice
