Why is my notification getting lesser?

I didn't know that the notification was cut down so much that I had missed 100 notification days.
My notifications are usually piled up to a week before I clear up. Most of the days are 10s of notifications per day. All of a sudden, I noticed that my notifications had dropped from 100 to 10 per day. Actually, the mylot team had combined all the stagnant notifications into an email , so no wonder I couldn't find the rest.
Anyway, earning had cut down, so I need to keep commenting on new posts now. Noticed the difference in your notifications?

Have you not been interacting for why you aren't getting as many as you used to?

@peachpurple that would be why then. As others wont really interact with a ghost so you have to be active so others will interact with you.

@peachpurple that sounds the reason why you didn't get notification. Nobody was commenting or liking your posts or have answered to your comments and likes.

Check your settings. Second, I did not notice any decrease in notifications. For you to maintain earnings I suggest you keep following people and have them follow you back then monitor their posts and comment on it as well. It might just help keep you back on track.

Mine got lesser because I was inactive for weeks. I come and go so I think that was the reason I only get less notifs.

You have to be active to earn it just doesn’t work any other way on here

i expect my notifications to be average only because i am not always here due to my afternoon duty in the hospital. i also expect my bank to be not as productive as well, but i am quite surprised too why not many of the users here are inactive during weekends.
