The bank reads down to the thousandth of a cent (right of the decimal point). 0.1110 is going to be 11 cents plus a hundredth of a cent.

I have 0.7914, That means that I have 79 cents and a little fraction of a cent. You need $5 to be paid so that means that I have a long way to go and won't get paid for January.

Dollars are to the left of the decimal. Fractions of pennies accumulate to the right of the decimal. I just ignore it mostly. I drop in when I have time, enjoy visiting and eventually get $5. I can easily get $5 in a month, but haven't had time lately.
