I enjoy answering a question that provokes some thought. Using the brain is important. I don't get the dumb questions. Why? Mylot needs to address the issue of the short posts and short responses. It is just so they can gain more points. If content was something that is important than less crap would be posted here.

What would you think of MyLot splitting into two whereby the "short-question group" be separated from the other and real thoughts could be exchanged?

Yes, I have a lot of hobby horses that I like to ride!! I prefer topical subjects that give cause for real thought and bring out the real personality. I look for interesting subjects rather than daft questions....

Yes. I prefer to answer questions that are earnest and allow me to really think about my answer and my views on the topic. I think a good discussions really are supposed to make you think and question the norms of society. I also like to answer questions where I get to help people. When all else fails I just go and answer questions on my friends list.

On an earlier comment,I asked if people would be interested in dividing myLot into two so that another area is created for a real trade of thoughts and not just the one-answer brand.

Its great trying to answer them all, alot of questions or discussions are meant to make you think and have an opinion and theres also some great information to be shared by all.

Sometimes thinking is over-rated.But I do like to exercise the mind once in a while. One question I have is....where does MyLot get their monies to pay for this program?

I try not to answer too many of the simple questions, I don't like rewarding people for creating stupid discussions when they are just trying to use mylot as an atm.

Have any of the questions asked start a real discussion where people actually trade thoughts and ideas?

Judging by your relatively low number, you are a newbie like myself.Do you try to answer all comments people leave on the questions you have posted?
