Bad dream

Its only 2:00am here in our country and I was supposed to be sleeping but I just woke up from a bad dream. It was really hard for me to wake up when I'm having a bad dream such as being chased by someone or something, death of a family member, any other bad thing that I don't want to happen in real life especially seeing ghosts. I really don't want to see ghosts in my dream or that I am in a dark and haunted place and then I would wake up before 3:00am. Then I would remember those horror movies that I have watched. Its really creepy and I find it hard to sleep again.
What do you guys to when you're having a bad dream and you wake up around 3:00am? What do you do so that you can fall asleep again?

I read a book or listen to music, when waking up from a bad dream.

It happens to me sometimes and I try listening to soft music on a headset because I don`t want to disturb my husbands good sleep and if I feel sleepy I close the music and sleep maybe you can try it out

Pray. I had always told people here that there was only one thing I feared in life and that was seeing a ghost. But a friend and also my spiritual adviser and mentor told me that I should fear no such thing for I have God with me. Since then, I just feared nothing at all.
