Good afternoon.I have so many notification and not getting very tired of it. Just worn out and tired eyes.Do we need to answer all of them? Do we get something out of it.I do not know about you.But I spend a lot of time doing this and do not have time to read discussion? What should I do.Cut back or do some many a day? I have been good doing this. But for some reason get the energy out of me. Thank you and any suggestion there will be helpful The photo is mine .

I haven't had a day like that in a log time, if you don't answer, there is no interaction right? I always answer all before I do anything else. I would love to be flooded with notifications, shows people are being interactive.

No I don't think you need to answer all responses. If you have time to 'like' a response, at least the person knows you have read it.

The first thing I do is read all of my notifications and respond. Then any messages. Then on to Interesting Discussions. Then on to Top Rated Discussions. Then I'm back to more notifications. Then I take a breather and come back 4 hours later and start all over again @amadeo .

@amadeo Yes it is and if I didn't do that every day, I'd be buried alive in notifications.

Maybe you could just do a few notifications at a time in between reading posts. I always answer responses but sometimes once the comments go back and forth a few times I may just 'like' the last comment but not give an answer. It depends on what has been said.

We can only do what we can do . . . just do what you can! I try to get back to everyone, but I know . . . sometimes it feels like we are drowning in notifications - we can't possibly get to everything all the time. I've often felt guilty, but then I've realized that friends here understand how it goes.

When I have too many notifications, I don't start my own discussion at all. Or they would only add up. Plus what I do is to open three mylot tabs. I go over my notification, open one tab to respond to that notification, and then I open another tab for recent discussions that I could respond to. That way I could do a lot of things at the same time. I multi-task.

Same her. The notification are killing me. I just decided to choose new people at random and do a comment on their latest blog. I don't know if this is a good strategy but at least i get some comments in my blog!

Hi Alfred, I’m not pretty sure responding to notifications matters but since that will be responding to people, so I think it does count but if you are tired, take a break and continue later

Sometimes its best to take a short break (even if you don't feel like it) especially if its effecting your eyes.

I personally answer all the comments I receive on my posts. I only write one or two posts a week then all the rest of my time is spent reading and commenting on others posts.

I think just do a few selected responses a day. I tend to reply to a couple of different authors each day to keep things fair.

It's a must to give response to the comment we get there is a chance of getting hurt by others . However due to busy or something else we miss few notifications.its better to check few whenever we are free
