Why do we feel so irritated at times? Why is there so much of anger in us? And why are we not able to remove it in a proper way. People who write what they feel helps them to cope with this anger. But sometimes we get tired to facing the reality again

The reason I get angry is that the entertainment industry is now pushing programs that are not worth watching to be entertained with darker shows that life stinks.

@Mansi93 Not to mention mean characters instead of kind and gentle characters.

Penned up anger comes out, eventually on others around us. Bottling it up is preparation for one's next temper rage. If a person deals with each situation as it comes, their anger gets vented out properly.

We feel irritated because life it's not the way we want it to be. We have some expectations. And we are disappointed. Nothing works the way we want. Life isn't fair. And we become angry. We should find peace in ourselves. And we need to accept all the bad things that are happening to us.

Hi. I get irritated if I hear loud noises sometimes coming from the tv being up too loud upon waking up in the morning. Since I am getting older noise of screaming children can bother be but I usually try to ignore it by walking off in a different direction. What you said about being able to write these feelings does help me.
I like writing on here since I learn something new every day.
