Good Morning, Afternoom, Evening and Night. Pick whatever suits you. Today is 29 Jan, 5:20 A. M.
I'm planing to start exercising. I have an indoor cycle which I hadn't used past month. Also need to stop eating sugary stuff which is the hardest part. Any tips on how to avoid that from happening?
It's also like I'm addicted to suagary stuff. Well hope to stick to regular exercise.
And not to mention my daily cleaning and cooking routine.

I am on my way to office. I am not addicted to sugary stuff , minimum is required for our body. I have sugar everyday in tea

Cut down on sugary foods and soda has a lot of sugars in it. If you can do this, you can lose 10 pounds a week.
