Controversal topic about Trump

I have noticed a lot of people who live outside the U.S. ask why do Americans hate Trump. I am actually surprised because before I joined this site, I was under the impression that most the world disliked trump from all the protests and him openly insulting world leaders.
I just wanted to share a common point of view from my friends a family. I understand why a few Americans love him as well. I respect all opinions and do not wish to start any heated debates.
First off, I didn't vote so I am not in the position to really complain. I will try my best to just describe our point of view without. Hillary just seemed two faced on all her views and changes she wanted to make. Therefore both candidates seemed bad to me.
Second, I am not political at all. I think it is all a show to get all of us heated and argue when low key they are all on the same side.
The reason why I and others dislike Trump is very simple, he has no regards for anyone but himself. He openly dislikes other races and ethnicities and he talks down on other countries. He doesn't know what it is like to struggle. Getting a loan of a million dollars to start your company is not a struggle. And for that his motives he is changing in health care, work force, and other areas are only benefits the wealthy 10% of America.
Now on a positive note, I do like that he is a business man. I do like that he is an open book, for the most part.
Any other questions? Any other point of views?

Maybe I wouldn't go that far haha. But I respect everyone's opinion. Why do you think that?

When people say Trump is a racist, they forget that many before him in this country are racists.

Yest people in America have always been racist, no one has forgotten that. Growing up as a "black" person in America know that more than most...He is not the first but it also does not make it okay that he is.

The top elite business moguls all have sociopathic tendencies to some degree. It is a fools errand to believe that anyone that holds an elected title is unbiased. If I had to make a hypothesis as to why Donald Trump is our elected president, it would be based on the very reason that he is being accused of collusion by the Democratic party lead by the Clinton's. Donald Trump is a business man before he is anything else. The Clinton's and Trump have a history together that is no mere coincidence, yet some how seems to be over looked. Donald Trump and the Clinton's had a business agreement with Russia that was compromised; possibly Uranium One.
Donald Trump knew that the only thing that would hurt the Clinton's would be the loss of the presidency. It would cost the Clinton's not only the presidency but also their ability to deliver any promised deals to the Russians or the Arabs which was a far more devastating blow to the Clinton's than just accusing them of collusion and leaking information to the press. Trump knew that Hillary Clinton had lost favor with the Armed Forces which used in the correct context of the debating process would be a great victory for him.
He also had worked with the Clinton's enough in the past to understand how to strategically use Hillary Clinton's strengths to his advantage for the presidency. He allowed her to do all of the dirty work like taking out any opponents like Bernie Sanders that may have posed a threat to his victory. Then he gave Hillary Clinton enough rope to hang herself and she did just that. He lead Hillary Clinton and the media to believe there was no way for him to win the election. None of them did their due diligence because who is going to look twice at a muse. I have to tip my hat to him, if for nothing more than a well played strategy on a larger than life stage of chess.

I really like this analysis, you pointed out things that I never noticed. I can agree that no one elected for president is a saint and had to perform some dirty work to obtain the position. It doesn't surprise me that the Clinton's and Trump had business agreements in the past. Its funny that Clinton never caught on and tried to use Trump's strengths against him.

The thing is the President doesn't have any real power, they have to go through the house of congress for any approvals. So although Obama had some good changes, he had to battle our government to get anything done. Most things didn't go through.
I did like him better. No president is truly a saint, you have to do some dirty bad stuff to get into that position. But he did represent himself with much more class and respected others. So I'd say in that sense yes I would prefer him. I voted for him.
