Which would you prefer, to live in a high rise condo or a mid-rise condo?

Hey everyone! How you doin'?
I just dropped by and thought of another discussion, one related to my current "career".
Last year, I've gone from selling high rise and high end condos to mid-rise and affordable resort-type condo communities. I'm planning on assisting people to acquire mid-rise condos in Metro Manila (mostly Pasig) until the first half of this year so I'm curious to know your thoughts.
I wonder fellow myLotters, which one would you prefer? Would you like to live in a high rise condo maybe 20 to 30 floors high or a mid rise one that only has 5 to 10 floors? And why?

Oh I see... Then you would maybe be better off in midrise resort type condo communities. Not too high and the area is spacious.

Neither. I'd rather be on a low level. I live in an two level apartment with an upstairs.

@owstalaga .....I don't think I'd care for living in a high rise.

If you ask me my answer would be none, I never wanted to live in a condo, I prefer to live in a single detached bungalow or duplex type house with big space, lots of trees and a garden inside a private subdivision. Sorry it's just me and people have different preferences, good luck selling

Oh it's fine. I grew up in a house just like that and I love it too.
Thanks!

Awesome! That's true some people don't like to live very high up in the sky. Others do it for the view if they are not afraid of heights.

@owstalaga If there is a earthquake you will see the difference, good luck.
