Back in 2014, I remember referring a lady to our company and earned some cash out of it. I was part of an outsourcing company and one of our business lines needed people to do call center work. The money was not that big, roughly around 300 dollars and I had to wait like three months. But then I thought its was worth the while. The person I referred was an absolute stranger who needed work. I only knew she got hired when I received an email that I will soon get a referral fee.
