Do you like Hot Link Sausages?

I love Hotlinks I guess if there cooked on the grill its all Game! But when I cook them in boiling hot water It leaves that annoying thick Skin that I must take off... Do you like your Links with the skin or without? Tell me your Thoughts....

I never heard of anyone taking off the skin. I don't mind it.

Sometimes like Andouille Sausage , etc. comes in thick skin and it taste like plastic. But in most cases I dont mind if cooked perfect/ not too thick. Mostly it goes right over people head's lol.
