Has anyone else expierenced sleep deprivation? I literally think I am going through this right now. My son is 4 months old and is back to waking up at night after the whole "sleep regression" they get at this age. But its not even that, because I do sleep. Maybe I am just exhausted from life. Anyways, I swear I do sleep. Not alot because I am up quite a bit trying to figure out how the hell I am going to pay the bills every week, but how do you know when your sleep deprived? I am emotional all the time, I am always paranoid over the smallest things, etc. Help!

I am so sorry for all you are going through. I know all about having little ones and worrying about bills. I used to do that a lot. Since I now have a relationship with Jesus I don't have those worries anymore but I will be praying for you and I hope you find peace soon.

I understand how stressful it can be when your boy wakes up at night, plus the worry about paying bills. I totally get it, but try to compensate your sleep time whenever it's possible. You mentioned that your are emotional all the time, always paranoid over the smallest things; in the long run these things won't be good for you or your lovely boy. Just try to increase your total sleep time and am sure the worries will reduce to reasonable levels
