Job vs. Business

I'm joining groups of business minded people in facebook and someone posted this photo in one of those pages. I also read one time in a blog that says, the richest people in the world owns a business. Even one of my mentor also said that traditional or offline businesses are still more profitable than online business.
I guess, if people don't have money to start with a business then of course, he or she will look for a job rather than start a business since it takes ideas, courage, determination and capital in order to have one. What's your view about this photo?

If business is already established then one can have a peace of mind. But a start-up business can be stressful.

Business the way to money infact lot off but jobs are means to servive thats all,i m planning fr business but don't know where to begin from

@abhinalstrikr I know a lot of people who wants to have their own business because they want to escape from the stress brought by their boss and their work. However, I think handling a business would be stressful as well :)
