Is It Ever Enough?

I never really know what to write about or what im going to write about.
I always wonder if its interesting enough? Relevant enough? Entertaining enough?
Many times i've started a draft only to discard it after reading it and deciding,
no, not good enough. What was I thinking? Why did I even try?
Theres not enough interesting content. Not enough story. Not enough of anything to make me want to post.
Maybe i'm being too hard or critical on myself. Not enough freedom. Not enough
positivity. Not enough trying.
For now, enough is enough. Enjoy the picture that accompanies this post. I hope its enough cute fluff.
(This is my 100th discussion)

Sometimes it is easier to post fluff than a serious discussion. The discussions that I really don't care for are the ones that tell you step by step what they've done each and every day. Most of the time I can't think of a single response. Hmm what did you have for breakfast (honestly, I don't really want to know, unless it was something really unusual.)

I find the 'day's doings' a bit of a turn-off too sometimes. Likewise the breakfast fare - or even dinner for that matter.

While its good to avoid posting any ole thing that comes to mind and flood our feed with nonsense.
I think getting some writing out there is the only way you are going to learn and improve. Maybe try to aim for a theme with what you are thinking.
For me I try to avoid venting. I try to share something positive. Or get others to get things off their mind.

Wow! A hundred discussions? I doubt I will ever have that many, Plethos!
Nice photo, though...
I think of discussion topics, start writing the discussion in my head and then decide it isn't interesting to me, so it probably isn't interesting to anyone else, either... *shrug*

@Plethos (grinning at you!) I've found it depends on who you're talking to in the comments that really makes for a fun time... Well, that and the subject matter, of course!
I've found there are several people on myLot that can make a discussion, no matter how mundane, into something I want to get back to...
Have you managed to find any of those people yet?

I am Chinese. Fewer people around me speak English. I always wear a mask and speak text English to myself in my office. When someone who often lies around tries to chat with me about some big cheese loving affairs or other gossips in Chinese,I used to lend a ear to the guy and scream in my mind,ENOUGH! But nowadays I usually force a smile and pay attention to the guy's words which I translate into English instantly. No one can urge me to be absent-minded but myself.
